Aimee Berner’s primary consulting focus is to address client new product planning, market assessment, and business development needs across all pharmaceutical and healthcare channels. She brings to GAC deep corporate healthcare commercialization and strategy development experience — with emphasis on commercial strategy, competitive and market assessment, product opportunity assessment, market research and analytics, and product launch planning.
Berner has more than 20 years of experience in senior line management in large- and mid-sized healthcare companies, including Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Searle Pharmaceuticals, Torre Lazur McCann Advertising, and a Chicago-area hospital system. She has had leadership roles in the commercial development of several multi-billion-dollar brands, where she led brand and portfolio strategy, market development, new product assessment, product launch planning and execution, lifecycle management and partnership alliance management.
A former board member of the Healthcare Businesswoman’s Association, Berner is a speaker at national and international healthcare conferences. She holds an MA from Arizona State University and a BA from St. Norbert College.
